Defending
animals is not a crime!
Support of the Austrian activists. Demonstration
in Strasbourg, June
19th, 2010.
On March 2nd, an
iniquitous process started in Austria . People are threatened by
penalties of up to 5 years in jail. Their only crime is to be active in
associations and to support disturbing positions.
With a very extensive application of anti-terror laws (article 278 of
the penal code), the Austrian justice is attacking animal rights
activists. This is a very alarming derivation of the justice which
threatens political activism itself.
